Look. I don't know how many of you there are now, I can't remember everything... but... I know I attacked people over the weekend. I wasn't-- I can't say I wasn't myself, but I wasn't who I am now. I was lost and sick and fucked up.
[Awkward pause, Frankie's not really the sort for public apologies but he probably owes one at this point...]
The important thing is-- I can fix it. If you got bit, if I did or someone I bit got you... I can fix you. Just... don't bite anyone else and let me know where I can find you.
[As he switches off, under his breath-- probably to himself, he mutters,] not too late.
[ooc; per his plot, let the vampire babby cleanup begin <3]

Might wanna get a cup.
[Cryptic? Maybe not. Frankie's holding a couple of alcohol pads and a pocketknife.]

Cure's in my blood. Shouldn't take much... hope you don't mind not taking it direct. I'm still not sure how many there're gonna be, a line of bites could get dangerous.
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
S'fine, mate, I don't mind.
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
Not gonna lie. It'll feel like the whole fucking sun hitting you in the chest.
[Frankie remembers it, remembers struggling and gasping for breath as the blood had burned its way through him, bringing him back from the dead. He doesn't envy these people the experience.]
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
He could deal, right? Stay out of the sun, keep going on bagged stuff? He likes the sun, though, and he doesn't like avoiding work because people make him uncomfortable now. He especially can't stand the idea of Ray still being wary of him, or for that matter, what Ray would say if he found out that Chris had held a cup full of the cure in his hand and refused to drink it because he was scared.]
I-I should prob'ly sit down, then, yeah? [He smiles weakly. His attempt at a joke.]
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[The thin-lipped smile he offers in return isn't much stronger, but the look he shoots Chris is obviously apologetic, before he turns his attention to wiping the small wound down with the quickly-drying swab, not even flinching at the alcohol burn, and covering it up with a bandage.]
And... well, I can't ask for much but... I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell people how it works. Trying to keep it under wraps so I don't have anyone out for my blood.
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
Yeah, don't worry. Won't do that, not after you doin' this for me.
[He looks down at the cup.]
Um...y'want me t'give you time t'leave or sommat? Can't be too much fun watchin' loads of people...be cured or...that.
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[He shifts, shrugs. No one really likes to be seen in moments of distress, but he needs to be sure before he can go on about the rest of this.]
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[He's so afraid all the time anyway that he doesn't mind too much looking like a pansy, and he doesn't particularly want something to go wrong and Frankie not to be there. He licks his lips nervously, stares at the cup for a while longer, and then downs the blood like it's a shot.
Then he screams, doubling over and then plastering back against the chair. It feels like he's on fire, only on the inside. He can't remember ever feeling so awful in his life. Frantically trying to catch his breath, and clawing lightly at his chest, he makes small sobbing noises, dropping the cup and not noticing.
And then the pain starts to fade, his heart actually beating again. He wouldn't have even noticed that before all of this happened. He collapses into the chair, exhausted and still trying to breathe.]
Jus'........need t'breathe. ...would be daft dyin' from that...
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
Your body'll remember how. Just takes a minute. All right?

[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[He breathes out, a quiet sigh. It's not that he thought it wouldn't work, but... One down. It's a relief.]
I'd better get on to the rest, if you're good here.
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[and the work we've done we have just begun]
[Frankie nods. The least he can do is clear this mess up, really, and he feels a bit better for having done so.]
I'll head out then. Don't see why you shouldn't be fine, but if anything comes up lemme know.
